Decode
A quantum breakthrough that decodes molecular structures 13,000 times faster than a supercomputer is, on paper, a significant milestone. In practice, it’s almost impossible to explain. Google Quantum AI needed to land “Quantum Echoes” with the field, the press and the public, without oversimplifying the science.
Humanize
We built a toolkit where each asset had a clear job. The hero film carried the announcement, letting the scientists explain the breakthrough in a way that was visual and exciting. A short documentary gave the milestone its place in history. A playful social series turned intimidating terminology into something fun to watch.

Activate
Hero film
Made the breakthrough comprehensible without glossing over the technical rigor.
Mini doc
Dedicated to Michel Devoret, one of the original architects of the breakthrough, and brought personal meaning to the campaign.
Hard Quantum Words series
Playful, funny films in which Google Quantum AI researchers break down concepts like Out-of-Time-Ordered Correlators on camera.
Animations and social suite
For YouTube, LinkedIn and X, including animations that visualised how Quantum Echoes works.

Results
The hero film reached 414k views. The launch was covered by the New York Times, The Guardian, Bloomberg, Reuters, the Financial Times, Ars Technica, New Scientist and Good Morning America. Elon Musk commented on the X post. A genuinely complex scientific breakthrough reached all audiences and helped them understand why it mattered.
